GOLF DAY

As gevolg van ‘n reeds deurnat baan en verdere erge reën wat vir Saterdag voorspel word, moet ons noodgedwonge die Gholfdag van Saterdag uitstel. Daar is besluit om dit uit te stel tot Saterdag 2 Desember 2023.

Kan julle asb. net julle spanne dienooreekomstig inlig en verder net by hulle bevestiging kry of hulle wel nog 2 Desember beskikbaar gaan wees vir ‘n feestelike Gholdag.

Jammer vir die ongerief, maar dit is buite ons beheer. Ons is elke ondersteuner van Overberg Tehuis innig dankbaar. Dankie vir u begrip.

Overberg Tehuis beplan ‘n gholfdag op 2 Desember 2023 as deel van fondswerwing. Die gholfdag sal in 4Bal Alliansie formaat wees te Riviersonderend Gholfklub met ‘n veiling en heerlike ete na afloop daarvan. Ons poog om ongeveer ‘n 100 inskrywings te kry, 22 spanne, inskrywingsgeld beloop R 3,000.00 per 4Bal.

Hiermee neem ons die vrymoedigheid om u te nader vir enige vorm van skenkings/donasie; geldelike donasie (ABSA Bank, Tjekrekening, Takkode: 632 005, Rek no: 404 968 3510), borg van span/e, pryse vir spelers (vier van elk) asook items wat opgeveil kan word. U is ook welkom om individuele pen pryse te borg.

Bydraes vir die ete tydens die prysuitdeling en veiling is ook welkom asook vir die verwelkomings pakkies vir die spelers (bv. water, lekkers, penne, nota boekies, promosie material, ens.).

Daar is ook 3 putjies vir stalletjies beskikbaar waarvan die een ‘n “nat gat” is wat u kan borg en bemarking doen, kontak ons rakende kostes.

Enige vorm van ondersteuning word opreg waardeer en met dankbaarheid aanvaar.

Due to an already soaked course and further heavy rain forecast for Saturday, we are forced to postpone the Golf Day on Saturday. It was decided to postpone it until Saturday 2 December 2023.

Can you please just inform your team members accordingly and further just get confirmation from them whether they will still be available on December 2nd for a festive Gholdag.

Overberg Tehuis is planning a golf day on 2 December 2023 as part of fundraising. The golf day will be in 4Ball Alliance format at Riviersonderend Golf Club with an auction and delicious meal afterwards. We aim to get approximately 100 entries, 22 teams, entry fee amounts to R 3,000.00 per 4Ball.

We hereby take the liberty to approach you for any form of donation/donation; monetary donation (ABSA Bank, Cheque account, Branch code: 632 005, Account no: 404 968 3510), sponsor of team/s, prizes for players (four of each) as well as items that can be auctioned. You are also welcome to sponsor individual pen prizes.

Contributions for the meal during the prize giving and auction are also welcome as well as for the welcome packs for the players (e.g. water, sweets, pens, notebooks, promotional material, etc.).

There are also 3 holes for stalls available, one of which is a “wet hole” that you can sponsor and do marketing, contact us regarding costs.

Any form of support is greatly appreciated and gratefully accepted.
